You’re not fabricating a totally fake human, you’re interpolating around real signals.
3. Create “review personas” to avoid everything sounding the same
Most tools crank out identical structure: “I bought X. It was Y. Highly recommend.” That’s where it starts ringing fake.
Try 4–5 loose personas you reuse in the prompt:

For a streamlined flow:
- Trigger: new order delivered + 10 days
- Send a short survey (or even just 2 questions in email or SMS).
- Whatever they answer gets sent to your LLM endpoint.

- An “expanded, still realistic” version
You then pick one manually for now. If you try to fully automate publishing, you will ship something weird eventually.
5. Add a “BS detector” pass
Instead of you trying to eyeball everything, ask the model to critique itself before you see it:

- Don’t generate reviews for products with zero real buyers. Platforms like Amazon are increasingly aggressive about pattern matching AI-ish reviews.
- Never fabricate medical, financial, or dramatic lifestyle outcome claims (weight loss, cured my X, etc). Even if users imply it, tone it down.
You can even add:
“If the customer’s claims sound extreme or health-related, soften the wording and avoid specific outcome promises.”
That protects you from their exaggerations too.
