How to screen mirror from iPhone to Roku?

Hey!
I recently bought a Roku and want to mirror my iPhone to it. I’ve tried using AirPlay, but my Roku doesn’t show up as an option on my iPhone. Both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, but I’m not sure if my Roku even supports AirPlay. Does anyone know what I should check or what else I can do to make it work?

It’s possible that your Roku might not support AirPlay, as not all models do. You can check this by going to your Roku’s settings - if you see an option for Apple AirPlay and HomeKit under Settings, then your Roku does support it. Make sure AirPlay is turned on there. If everything looks good and it still doesn’t work, try restarting both your iPhone and Roku, and then try connecting again. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix these issues. If your Roku doesn’t support AirPlay, you can use apps like Airbeam or DoCast, which work great for screen mirroring from iPhone to Roku devices.

Yeah, agree with @Vibergirl
Not all Roku models support AirPlay, so it’s a good idea to check. If your Roku does support AirPlay but it’s still not showing up, make sure both your iPhone and Roku are updated to the latest software versions. Sometimes simply updating or even re-installing the Roku app on your iPhone can help solve connectivity problems.

If your Roku doesn’t support AirPlay, or if you’re still having trouble, you can use an app called DoCast
It’s a great alternative that lets you mirror your iPhone to your Roku, even if AirPlay isn’t working or supported. Another thing to try is making sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong enough - if the signal is weak or unstable, it can interfere with screen mirroring. Moving closer to the router or resetting your router might help if that’s the case.
