I have a Chromecast and I’m wondering if there’s a way to use AirPlay with it to stream from my iPhone or iPad. I know they’re different systems, but is there any way to make it work?
Can anyone explain how to AirPlay to Chromecast? Are there any apps or tricks to help with this?

To use AirPlay with a Chromecast, you can’t do it directly since they use different systems, but you can make it work with the help of third-party apps. Apps like DoCast Screen Mirror Smart TV: DoCast on the App Store, Replica or AirBeamTV allow you to mirror your iPhone or iPad screen to Chromecast by converting the AirPlay signal into something Chromecast can receive. Just install one of these apps on your device, connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast, and follow the in-app instructions to start streaming.
You can’t directly use AirPlay with Chromecast, but you can stream or mirror your iPhone or iPad using apps like DoCast , which handles both mirroring and streaming. For streaming only, you can also use the Google Home app, which allows you to cast content directly to your Chromecast.
